Any one know what the difference, apart from price, is between the 1652 and the 1652B

Is it worth spending the extra monies for the newer model or not? Bearing in mind I do very little electrical work at the moment.

What is new with the B-version?
-Fast high current loop test
-Variable RCD current mode for customized settings
-PASS/FAIL indication for RCD tests
-Select voltage measurement between L-N, L-PE and N-PE
-Zero adapter for easy test lead compensation, available as new accessory and also included with standard scope of supply

To be honest I really wouldn't bother:D

I have a fluke 1652 and hate it. The leads are all seperate and always get tangled, the tests are slow, there is no automatic backlight, and that's just to name a few but I guess I'm stuck with it!

Really?
I have used one before. Think it was the older model. I thought it was a nice piece of kit.
I use a lot of fluke where I work (mostly multimeters) and they are solid.

Have used the megger too and compared to the both and I did prefer the fluke. Personal pref I guess lol.

I'll give £150 for yous :p

colourful and pretty cheap. humm......
Will deffo look into that. Cheers

I'll give £120 final offer. I PUT MY LITTLE FINGER UNDER YOUR CHIN, AND GIVE IT A LITTLE WIGGLY WIG! :p
