A mate has offered me a Fluke T5 1000.

Currently have it on loan to test it out, just have a couple of questions...

When set to Ohms/Continuity the display shows what looks like 0L, is that normal or should it be displaying 00?

Finally, when set to current it starts off displaying 0.0 but then seems to jump between that and 0.1 even when not doing anything.

The voltage function seems to be workng fine.

What do others than already own one think?

Cheers

Both of mine say OL when testing resistance. However I am unsure about the current, will check after the match and let you know.

I have mine next to me and I can confirm that it does fluctuate from 0.0 to 0.1. Continuity also says OL not sure if this means off load or open load or something along those lines. :)

Bleeding England. :(
