Have you done something to the forum recently?
In the last day or so, loading any page has started taking ages, giving Waterfox Not responding and sometimes Unresponsive script warning.
It appears to be related to the blue 'Electricians Talk/Jobs' box.
It's fine once that box loads up.

Do you mean the notice at the top of the website?

I can't replicate the problem. If you can screen print an error and post it I might be able to find out what's going on.

Do you use ad-blockers?
 
The notice is CSS-based and loads after the page does. Can only be something to do with your browser is assume. Perhaps try a different browser see if that does it?

And that worked/ no message.
 
IE has been depleted their new browser is called Edge. I'm surprised anybody still has IE running. Even the MS website doesn't work properly using IE lol
