Fuse board in kitchen EICR

Hello guys

I will not be carrying out EICRs for friends and family ever again as my judgement has become some what cloudy.

Thoughts on the below breakers in a commercial kitchen covered in grease? i have suggested new fuse board ?

Christ is this a kitchen in a house? I have never seen that sort of grease except in restraunt kitchens

What regulations are you using to back the claim up? Admittedly they dont look great but give us a starting point of your thoughts.

No need replacing if the environment is unsuitable and not installing additional protection to the DB.

Correct operation of safety devices through ADS, with them covered in grease they look like they could seize up some how?
not sure maybe just a clean up with some sort of contact cleaner?

i am not too concerned as eaton bought out BILL and the shell casings to the MCBs are exactly the same.

By the looks of that DB it was installed before July this year.

well 18th edition has this mixing MCBs as a big no no apparently, but i know EATON acquired BILL and DELTA so same family really.
