Discuss GN8 9.3.1 Calculation of csa – armoured cable 118 in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

there are no requirements for supp or main bonding within the building supplied in question , SWA only used as a CPC on sub mains and not supporting main bonding.
But yes quite right i think its a factor of 6 or something?

its and existing installation supplying a brick building with just a few sockets and lights.
an 2 core SWA 50mm sub mains protected by a 80a BS88-2 fuse supply the fuse board in the outbuilding
