There are a number of people that I know (installers of various types) that see - 1 year after it unofficially started, that it might actually get a bit of momentun now the colder weather is coming. (along with the fact that the Government already claims 244,000 technolgies installed to date along with 60,000 boilers.) https://www.gov.uk/government/uploa...atistical_release_green_deal_eco_oct_2013.pdf

So, what are the solutions / opperotunities for a small company:
1) They could get PAS2030 - not as onerous as MCS, still sometimes way too much paperwork for some or
2) Subcontract

If 1) Are there any organisations / GDP's that are Green Deal friendly, either
a) looking to build an installer network, or
b) will handle the process when given a qualified lead that might just be looking for finance / be eligible for a bit of eco, and ensures that this installer is permanently in the loop.
c) are there any unbrella organisations that do it all including handling your PAS (like some will do for your MCS whether you think that is right or wrong is not up for discussion here.)
d) is there a better way to do it?

If 2) If going to subcontract are the any that fit
a) - as per c) above, or
b) who is offering sub-contract installation work?

If so - WHO, and What?

I registered with Toriga Energy energy on Sunday evening as Ive been looking into the green deal as well, the simple fact is they still dont have access to any financing under GD, ECo is ok but still no money available for the main scheme, it's laughable.
