An interesting new build idea.


So is the washing machine next to the shower compliant (its in zone 2)

And what happens to zones once you start moving walls around....
 
Nice idea. Takes some current when heating the water up.
 
He should look at caravan design (guess he didn't think about that!)

They are used to maximising space options, and they've got a few far better ideas than his.
