A good customer wants an identical electric heated towel rail to save the holes in the tiles fitting a different sized one.

Any suggestions appreciated as I've not had any joy on google.

Hope you can disconnect that flex at the towel rail or a couple of screw holes will be the least of their worries.

I don't think it's Dimplex as that type made by them had diagonally placed fixing holes on the wall part of the brackets, it could be Creda though ?

I expect there's a cupboard on the other side of that hole where it connects in.

Yes it is a dimplex (hooray). The flex goes directly into a bedroom so no issues with access.

Thanks for the fast helpful replies

Although very similar I still don't think the existing one is Dimplex, but close enough to keep your customer happy. :)

The label next to the cable entry probably reveals the make and model number...

Not wanting to be an arse...but if they aren't redoing the entire bathroom, and are obviously happy with design of current towel rail, why does it need changing?
Just curious more than anything. If the element has gone, is it not possible to just change that?

They aren't redecorating the bathroom. They asked for a replacement towel rail, and I can't be sure of getting the right sized element that will fit it, so I wil go with a like for like replacement if possible.
