Does any one know where i can get ohms converted to milli amps tables i would be very grateful if you coild post me some links cheers.

mA=V/1000*R - you need to know exactly what voltage you are dealing with to get the answer.

You can knock up your own on excel fairly easily for different voltages.

There are a few online calculators such as

You'll need to adjust the decimal place of course. Assume 230V.

You can use Excel, get a few readings for a range of Amps and the interpolate? That way you could generate your own table.
