Hello,

Ive been reading through these forums and thought id post to ask for help. I have the hive active 2 and am a bit stuck. attached is the have backplate which i need to wire but also below is my boiler thermostat wiring.

1, 2 and 3 on the backplate are common heating off and heating on but the problem is i only have two thermostat wires... I am at a loose end, can anyone help?

Fitting the hive is going to require both 240V and 24V connections to be made to the backplate. I recommend that you have a competent electrician fit this for you as this requires extra care to avoid a dangerous accident.
