How do you test RCBO's Same as RCD's

do you know how to test the RCBOs.

Actually I probably don't.

you treat the rcbo has a mcb but having a mcb you will have the tails going to the neutral bar from the circuit and the earth goes to earth and the line into the mcb.. on a rcbo the line and neutral goes in to the rcbo on the rcbo the fly lead neutral goes to the neutral bar & the fly lead earth white goes to the earthing bar with the earth from that circuit .

Only if you ignore the definition of an RCD.

What you are referring to as an "RCD" is in fact an RCCB. It is just one of many types of RCD, which includes RCCBs; RCBOs; SRCDs; PRCDs etc.
