How to book an ECS test?

Hi guys,
Please could someone help out here.

What is the best way to go about booking an ecs test?
I have done the CSCS test in the past & that was dead easy to book online.

I got some dates from the unitetheunion.org a few months ago but could not make them date.
I have emailed them a few times since but I have not recieved a reply.

Is there another way to book this test & also does anyone have a list of test center as Live in North Wales.

The number I've got for them is 01325 487829.
It's a geographic number so comes out of your monthly minutes

It appears that you can't book by telephone, you have to download a booking form and post it.
