hi, for single supply, there is normally an isolator, but cannot find isolator for this one. also there is fire alarm circuit on the board, is it ok to shut the whole board off? if not how can i do the periodic inspection report?

not only for ze, i am thinking to do dead test first, in 2391 i think i did shut off the whole power and then test continuity and insulation for each circuit, so for this three phase board if i cannot isolate the supply, how can i do the dead test?

On a new install yes, but an existing just isolate the circuits one by one as you test them. Though test for back feeds on the circuit you've just isolated to do your dead tests on just in case. For the Ze just try and do it at their least busiest hour, as for isolation do as any single phase install turn off the main isolator to the DB then disconnect the main earth or link, do the Ze pop it all back together turn on 5 min at most, the fire alarm turn to engineering mode or silence it, it may just register power failure. Sure someone will give you a better way, just been out to the pub so I excuse myself as i'm not fit to work ;)
