It was 38 degrees in an attic down here earlier today when i priced up a job... so hot i made a point of measuring the temp with the owners thermometer... glad i wouldn't be doing the job in this heat..

Dont blame you, i was meant to be digging a trench for cable to be run to a summerhouse tomorrow, told customer its too hot... offered to pay her son to dig it now hes back from uni without a job! waiting on response!

Well if you were a newbie asking about power or something to your shed.. we would likely say get an electrician in!
so maybe you should get a aircon firm in... or if you want to bodge it just get a long roll of ducting and a strong fan at the other end!

I only have a/c in the bedroom, sooo i have just done 2 hours of paperwork lying on the bed, my feet are freezing so got to go downstairs to warm up, lol

I have spent this afternoon in a loft clipping cables and putting insulation back.
Though I didn’t feel well afterwards, it was remedied with a dip in the paddling pool when I got home. The kids found that very amusing.
