Indesit oven/grill tripping when hot

Hi as per the title this started happening a few weeks back but when you switched the fusebox back everything would work as normal so I kept forgetting about it. Now it happens every minute so I need to resolve it. I have taken the back off the oven and as per the picture, looks like it was near to a fire.

I have been reading up and some of the causes of the fuse tripping when in use is the fam coming on (but I dont believe is does for the grill) or the thermostat. My guess is the thermostat but I am posting here to get some opinions before doing anything else. Also is there any precautions I should take to safeguard against a fire at the back.

Could be the element in your grill. It doesn't look as though there was nearly a fire that's usual for something exposed to heat for long periods

Agree about the burning, it looks more like leakage of fumes from inside the oven, possibly through the element fixings.

Thanks guys. I have ordered a new element as they are all bent anyway.
