Infrared heating panel advice sought

A very simple question for you learned people out there. Has anyone installed/used infrared heating panels, and if so, how do you rate them?
I am currently looking at panels from Surya and Herschel. They are quite expensive and we need quite a few for the project so I would be very grateful for some informed input. Thank you.

I don't know brands but doing Forensics on a dead 2--of--8 .
I'm imagining you get what you pay for.
The cheapie I took apart was like an electric blanket element -held with alloy tape to a metal sheet --lasted 6 - 8 years (some 12).
