P

pennywise

Just used it for the first time after getting it on Monday, why did I put it off for so long!:( It's almost the same as why didn't I buy a Fein earlier kind of moment :) would highly recommend one.

Cheapest place I could find it was Tool-net, sure someone will make me sick as a parrot and find it cheaper but hey. They do two versions one with a slightly smaller analogue camera head, it gets into tighter spaces, I went with that one as on other website they charge a premium for the smaller headed one but tool net charge the same for both versions.

Milwaukee C12ICAVA 12V Compact Digital Inspection Camera with Photo and Video Record (1 x 1.5Ah Li-Ion) - Power Tools, Inspection Tools, Battery

Hi penny wise , i got a milwakeeeeeee ,its the best £100 + note i spent , biggest problem i have found with mine was which direction the camera is up when its in a hole , but in general its a fantastic piece of kit ,batteries last for ages , save us hours getting cables in , that and the delux supa rod kit combine the 2 with using rod the little chain and magnet simply brilliant

Knowing what way the camera is facing is a bit of a pain your right!, as I said above the only one on the market with a self levelling image display is the Ridgid micro explorer but thats around the 600pound mark. I have found as long as you have a reference object in the hole your passing the head through you can get your bearings more easily.

The Dewalt one must be coming over to the UK soon.
