Guess they need the same date of birth and same name then? they are quite hot on fake qualifications now, when applying for the gold cards the JIB lot have access to the eal and c&g database to check qualifications and some big companies use experian to verify your qualifications against the central government qualification database. for low level jobs you probably wont be found out until asked to do something which is routine for a qualified spark then you will quickly come unstuck and possibly kill yourself or others at worse..
