Insufficient privileges to post

I was talking to a sparks about this website, he said he'd tried it, but every time he tried to use it it said"you have insufficient privileges to post/reply here" Anyone got any ideas?

Sometimes a thread has been closed due to ‘reasons’ and that is where that message comes up. It’s usually threads where you want to post due to the heated debate that caused it to close on the first place!

What is his member ID? (The name displayed as who's posting e.g mine is Rob.)

A mod could look into why if for some reason he doesn't have posting rights.
