Thinking of going out on my own! I know
public liability is important but what about
indemnity insurance ?

NAPIT insist on it for any EICRs you are carrying out plus its a good idea if you are doing design work. Depends what you plan to do really

My background is industrial, but I want to make a start in domestics.
just want to cover my arse really, so public liabilitys a must!

definitely need to join niceic, elseca or another governing body

currently just feeling my way in the industry
