Hi,
do you have some experience with fire/smoke alarms that would have an option for part of install to be linked up with cable, and part by radio bases?
like that-
alarm----cable----alarm----cable-----wireless alarm (radio link) wireless alarm (radio link) wireless alarm

or have to be rather all radio or all cable?
got a new extension to wire up, not a problem connecting there with 3 core but there is an occupied house too, would go for a radio system in there...

as long as there is a link so that any detector alarming causes all others to sound, then no problem mixing wired and radio links.

For domestic as others have mentioned - Aico Easy Fit - by far the best in my opinion. Can mix and match with radio and linked to your hearts content..
