I was thinking the other day, just what a curious novelty the SE route has become...the risks and the myther, which have increased over the years, making it further from the norm.

    When i was a kid,in any pub,the cross section of working men,would be 50/50 career cards-in lads,with mainly,larger employers,and SE lads,either on their own,or in small teams of similar.

If you now end up talking with a group of well paid,PAYE individuals, they nod and stare, with incredulity,as you try to describe what you do,and how it works...

On occasion,4 or 5 questions in,i feel it would be easier for them to accept and understand,if i just told them i was part way through transitioning to me new gender...:)
