Hi All!

I've had this job outstanding for a while and I would appreciate your help.

I would like to replace my kitchen grid switches and plate to match my new kitchen sockets (Nexus BG Polished Chrome). The old ones are perfectly fine and working, they do not look nice though.

My grid has 6 switches in two rows:

- upper row (left to right): fuse, extractor fan, cooker hood
- bottom row (left to right): fridge/freezer, blank, hob

I uploaded three pictures to show the current switches and wiring (at the bottom of my post).

And now my question is, what type of switches I need to get please?

I'll be ordering them from here and by the way of elimination, I am thinking I need either:

- BG Grid Switch GPC12 Polished Chrome Nexus Grid 20A Single Pole Switch Module,
- BG Grid Switch GPC13 Polished Chrome Nexus Grid 20A Intermediate Switch Module,
- BG Grid Switch GPC14 Polished Chrome Nexus Grid PRESS Retractive Single Pole Switch Module,
- BG Grid Switch GPC30 Polished Chrome Nexus Grid 20A Double Pole Switch Module

I am sorry I appear a bit (or rather a lot!) clueless. Would appreciate your help - I'll get them ordered and will then copy the wiring.

Thank you in advance.

Seems a little bit strange to have Cooker Hood & Extract Fan?

You need (from current wiring setup) 4 20A DP Modules, 1 Fuse Module 1 Blank Module

And given it's all Polished Chrome, a few sets of cloth gloves and some wipes, so you can keep them clean

Cooker Hood does not extract outside - it has a carbon filter only.

I was able to work out the blank and fuse modules! DP stands for Double Pole, I gather, so will be ordering them now.

Very true re cleaning but only if you have your fingers dirty/oily. Otherwise finger marks do not appear on them! All my sockets in the flat are polished chrome...

Thank you for your advice, much appreciated!
