To what extent are you supposed to label earth connections?
I usually only put safety electrical connection labels on the points where the earthing is bonded, i.e. on pipes, metal work, etc.

At places like joints between tape and cable and at test points for instance I don't put labels.
I usually don't put labels on the earth rods either as I use pits that are marked 'Earth Electrode' and require a tool to be opened.

Can't say that I agree with not putting a label on the earth rod of a TT system .The cover might say that it's an Earth Electrode and as Sparks we know what that means, but would a landscape gardener? The label clearly says "Electrcial connection -do not remove" so would put one on that.

Also what do you mean by Test points? Reg 514.13.2 is pretty adamant where they are needed and I would be guided by them.

I label my earth connections for bonding and main earthing conductor/rod at the MET to make it so much easier to identify which is which.
At the other ends use a BS951 clamp on the bonding
