IMG_0985.JPG Try as I might I just couldn't work out how Plumber got the pipe up through the ceiling and soldered etc without damaging the cable. So I've had to admit the possibility of a lazy Electrician who couldn't be bothered to make their own hole or even clip the cable. Another dream shattered, oh dear!

Yes, the combination of the cable, the pipe and the stain made me take a look in the loft. The leak seems to've been resolved, thankfully. Classic perhaps for RCD trips as cable drops down the wall into DP FCU. I'll get mgt agreement to move the cable somewhere a bit more sympathetic :)
