Morning!

Im wondering if anyone can offer me some advice relating to a John Lewis Cormack light fitting with a faulty Hytec LED driver (pic attached).

I've tried replacing with a similar 24v 24w LED driver https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01HQ9G164/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Although the integrated LED lights now come on they are very dim, yet when I turn the light fitting off it flashes bright very briefly.

Would welcome any suggestions!
