Hi folks

Mr16 led lamps

Do I use constant voltage driver or constant current driver, I know you can use transformer but life span is short.

if i were to use 12V LEDs , i'd get the lamps and the drivers from the same source at the same time. then any failures would go straight back.

What drivers do you generally use with 12v LEDs tel

i don't use 12V LEDs. only use 240V GU10s .

If the budget can stretch go for the gu10's. get the bulbs and the gu10 caps. No problems with transformers/ drivers.

tbh for the price the gu10 dim-able lamps are costing me now and the light output I would not bother with 12v led. I am only paying about £7 for the Duracell ones from the wholesalers and so far so good on the quality
