LED under cupboard lights

I have been called out to look at some under cupboard lights, apparently one of the lights is intermittently flashing even when the switch is turned off.

Any ideas of the cause gratefully welcomed

What type of lights are they?

Have not looked yet, but from what has been discribed over the phone, I think they are these

Apparently there are 5 of them, but only one is flickering

Can this be used with an ordinary one way switch or does it have to be a Danlers switch?

Of course it can. It connects between the switched live and neutral.

It may need a resistive load connected rather than capacitive
