Wondered what the Forums views were on the best ways to support lighting trunking.

1. Jack chain.
2. Threaded rod.
3. Gripple / kwick wire hanging systems.
 
if its tecton (minature busbar) i would go with gripples and eyebolts, allows a bit of movement when joining lengths especially when working on your own. Lighting trunking rod and strut is the way to go.:D
