What is it supposed to do? Why have two fuses and a circuit breaker in series with each other?
Sorry it doesn’t make sense.

the project was to step down the voltage and feed to the load..
the first fuse for the main fuse whichs is high rating compare to the other one.the other one is fuse for meter.
does the circuit breaker not to series with fuse?

the components and device already given and i juz have the the diagram and wiring
can you help me check and repair the diagram.

After the briefest of a look see..... lol!!

Metering fuse along with metering won't be in the main power line as shown in your drawing. They will be shown as side connections, one line for voltage based metering and another for current based metering Why is the contactor before what you calling the ''Main fuse''?? Why have fuses and a breakers in series??

i juz do the diagram according to the components and devices given..the drawing must contain all the components and devices give..
so i juz put there in series...is it wrong? what is it should be?

well do you not think your 'Load' after your step down transformer should have a means of isolation or separation instead of isolating two fuses in series? What is the purpose of the contactors before your metering fuse? Too early to try and decipher this.
