I MEAN, CAN IT RUN PROPERLY ?

They sell this in Amazon for the Logitech Z200.
Your link is American but your location says UK??? Which one do you want the adapter for?

Thanks for reply. Im using europe adapter type. 10$ too much for me. USB can solve this or have to buy new adapter.

I don't think a USB will give out 1.5A. If that is what is required. All depends on there you are plugging it into. Unless you are plugging it into something like this.

USB2 limit is 500mA, USB3 limit is 900mA. Powering the speakers direct from the USB port will almost certainly damage the port.

You can't really check the safety yourself, you've got to trust that the manufacturer is legitimate and not producing sub standard equipment. If you buy locally your local enforcement agencies do their best to weed out the imports that are dangerous and the local sellers tend to stock known good items because they're answerable if there's a problem.

Importing direct from China yourself is something of a lottery. Try to stick with highly rated vendors, avoid the cheapest of the cheap and read the customer reviews....although this is also not a guarantee of the item being fit for purpose and safely constructed.
