Hi,

When fitting double insulated downlights wired in parallel what is your preferred way of joining and insulating the earth cables to ensure continuity?

Pete

Wagos for me. I don't like twisted/twisting cpc's. the twisting weakens the conductor and a pain if they need to be isolated for fault finding

I've seen it often enough to not take that for granted, though hopefully having said that twisting weakens the cpc no-one just tapes them together!! Only kidding, Telectrix!

course i wasn't. JB and flex every time i can't find the tape

I hate twisted cpc's pain in the back side when it comes to testing also when they sleev 2 together 1 cpc one sleeve is the only way ,could do it with pust fit terminals cant remember what they are call cause i changed the name to shuve its lol got silly names for every thing lol

Wago's in a wago box or choc box, flex to d/l.

I hate fiddly JB's

thought the cpc was to hold the cable up when the overload melted the live and neutral
