I've heard of 'master joiner' but never a 'master electrician'. It was always 'electrician, 'approved' and 'technician.........those were the days, eh?

Mind you, a newly appointed H+S officer, I know, told me her boyfriend/partner is a 'master electrician', now..........served his time as a plumbob.

lol literally today i was looking for a video on some bald yank that was posing as a sparky on youtube and giving terrible guides on how to DIY electrics, all un-insulated tools, really ---- tools you would expect to find in someones loft 50 years ago, plus did i mention he was bald?

i also seen a diy video of a guy with some welding gloves holding onto a dead busbar but telling the camera that it would be safe to do this live as long as you had on welding gloves!

makes a lot of dif. pete. yed gets cols in winter, but on the + side you don't need to spend a fortune on shampoo. ( just polish).

im only joking though, being bald just means youre aerodynamic , a hurdle i will shirley have to face in the coming years

thats not true either, when i was in the army cadets many moons ago and some dirty bugger got head lice during annual camp, we were out on parade ground getting our head checked, the instructor who had a chrome dome said "even i have to use shampoo to avoid lice" and someone responded with "is that for your mustache sir?"
