Mcs QMS - Internal Audit

Hi guys
I am currently in the process of applying for Mcs Accreditation and am creating my own QMS document as opposed to buying one in.

One area we have not previously done but are now looking into is the internal audit section. Just posting to see if anyone could maybe help out and point me in the right direction of a good template or a copy of an internal audit document our company could use to audit our internal operations?

mcs accreditation? if its for solar pv (i would wait) also u must have a lot of spare time doing your own qms! there are plenty out there for very little money (for whats involved)

I know we have already been advised not to continue with mcs but those at the top of the company are pretty set in getting it. We are mostly commercial based and are definitely going for it - I am just driving the project and as such am creating the qms.

Would appreciate any help if anyone has a decent audit template or non conformance report!

Good God, then tell those at the top to shell out for the QMS , no disrespect we are all to stressed out to even go there at the mo. It aint rocket Science to do it.
