More traddional roast dinner, like rolled rib roast.
yummo !
But most popular in Australia is sea foods
And mostly ham, chicken and turkey.
I prefer beef, but it requires much work and cooking.
And weather is usually hot this time of year,
So cooking is not so appealing.
And of course a game of cricket is traditional.

Got me ma over who has eaten meat all her life and is now feeling sorry for the lamb because my sister in law reared it, nowt as queen as folk. Wouldn't have thought twice if it came from a supermarket.

Aye, I've got mates that are very pro animal rights - very against my hunting rats and the likes. Funny, one of them makes leather bags for a living....
