Method statement on a PIR

I have been asked to produce 3 method statements for work we do by our grim reaper Health and safety officer. One for work carried out on fuseboards, one for installation work we do (Domestic wiring in houses, flats etc), these 2 I have done, but the third one is for Inspection and testing. Having to go through the whole process of testing a property is fine..... but to have to write that process down is ridiculous. I was wondering if anyone knows of any online examples there are for it. Something I maybe able to cut and paste? Or may be just print off and write, See attached sheet.
