Mobile home wiring to existing house

Hi all.

I've been asked to hook up a mobile home to a house. My initial intention was to fit a rcbo in the dB and then a socket at the gable end. Blue type one.
Earthing is tnc_s.

So the previous owner has told the new owner that the mobile is negatively wired. He has told me this and tbh haven't a clue what he's talking about.

Good mind to turn down the job as I'm at something different now. But it's my next door neighbour.

Anyone any guidance on this.

Fit the 16A socket with additional rcd protection, it is up to them what they plug into it. This is also notifiable works under Part P of the Building Regulations.

Neither have I. Kind of spooked me.
Has an electric shower and water heater so probably won't get away with 16amp.

Db in mobile has 2rcbos 1 for shower and one for power and 10a McB for lights

Negatively wired could be referring to the vehicle 12V DC system being negatively earthed i.e. negative side of battery to chassis?

Is this a mobile home that is "mobile" or one that will be "static" as I think the best option if its mobile is to run in a power point like they have on caravan sites.

It's static. Will be in place for years. Don't think theres any battery.

I know that Section 708, may not specially apply in a purely domestic installation, but IMO it should be considered, specifically 708.411.4.
