does anyone know where i can get some four edge cutting wood bits..
like the fast 4 and irwin jobs..
i had some old fathful ones this year but cant seem to find a seller online

yeh but the cost is a killer
im sure i gota set of old fathfull ones for 15 18 quid a while back...
i rate all these type bits and if youve got a reduction speed angle drill they are the bis
 
prefer flat bits myself, cheap and cheerful and they don't tend to get nicked
 
on a recent job the customer(who runs a hire company)gave us a makita angle drill and some 25/32 mm fast 4 type bits
it was the easyest drilling out ive ever done
no joke we saved hours in drilling time with this combo
 
try ebay yes i know but bought some of the irwin ultra fast they are brill well till you hit a nail , Auddex what CEF sell drill bits are useless 5.5 masonary 2 holes burn out 1 meter 20 mm drill bit £87.00 went in 12 " and burnt out
 
I've been using these Armeg ones, got them from the wholesalers and just seen there a damn site cheaper from screwfix and you get a case :mad:
Had a 20 and a 25 mm since last year been really good.

Get yourself the Irwin Power Bit versions. Quite expensive but can rip through nails with no problems. I have been using the same 25mm with a makita angle drill for the last 6 months. I would have normally gone through about 4/5 normal ones in that time. Must have drilled thousands of holes.
