Yea,external light didn’t work,traced the cable back to this,the neutral was just hanging out,& the cables being twisted,pulled,prodded,& tightly squeezed into the box,it’s great to be a spark,there are some real crap out there.

Yea exactly have I found it,it must of been connected originally,then just broke off,when the twisty ,pushing ,took place.

That's inside. Looks like painted woodchip wallpaper to me. The bulk head light is probably fitted in a cupboard or something.

Woodchip reminds me of this, what worries me is that someone connected the cables then twisted the thing around........
