Sorry for being so thick, but just filling out first NAPIT Cert.
Just wondered what should go in description of installation box.( Do I just put domestic).
I have put what I done in extent of electrical installation covered by this report box. Thank you.

It should basically say what you have done, and what parts that you have done that require the certification.

Example installed a shower, etc and it will be the fixed wiring and OCPD etc that will covered by your report

Irrespective of what name is at the top of the cert - or whether it be an EIC or MWC, the description box is the summary of the work done and thus covered by the cert.
