please i need your help to understand how can i make maintained or non maintained emergency luminaires . i want to ask about programming of CPU in ECB. is that responsible to make maintained or non maintained emergency lighting or not ? if not tell me what is using of this programming in CPU and what is the utility of change over module .

Why would you want a cpu within an emergency light, even analogue addressable em lighting systems don`t use cpu in the fittings.??

Here in UK you can get light fittings with emergency option, they have connection for permanent live and switched live, each light has a little battery built in, kept on float charge when power its on. when power is lost they switch to emergency mode. simple and easy no need for cpus and programming.
