we have had several new distrubution boards fitted to replace old fuse boards and we need to know if they need their existing old circuits retested.
 
No sparky would change a board, issue a certificate and not get his tester out of the box.

What certificates were you given by the people that did the work?

Is it residential or commercial?

Ill put m money on it being commercial, although it shouldn't make any difference! Lol
