we have had several new distrubution boards fitted to replace old fuse boards and we need to know if they need their existing old circuits retested.

How could anyone issue any sort of certification without testing?

No sparky would change a board, issue a certificate and not get his tester out of the box.

What certificates were you given by the people that did the work?

I tend to agree but round my way there are many houses with multiple boards!

ahh... the affluent suburbs of the south east! Down here in somerset houses are lucky to have 1 fuseboard, and that will proabably be a wooden back wylex! lol
