Hello gents, just a quick hello from myself, I'm on a pt college course doing an eal level 1 electrical installation, I'm 34 and looking to change careers with the hope of one day obtaining a gold card, enjoying the course so far and realise I've got a long way to go but it'll be worth it. Hope to talk to some of you soon thanks.

Reminds me of starting a new job about 15yrs ago. First day I'm in a group of new starters have the tour, then into a meeting room for site inductions. Round the table about who you are and where you worked before and what you did . First few people "before I stated here I worked at blah blah blah & I use to do blah blah blah". Get to about the third bloke "before working here I was at Long Lartin" he says. What did you do there ? The manager asks. Seventeen years was the reply. End of conversation.
