'new' house & OMG wiring

Hi All,
Acquired an early 1990 house with ... interesting .. wiring. I'll probably be back asking basic questions quite often. Have done a lot of searching here & am impressed with depth of know-how here. Will try to ask only after searching. Thanx OMGWiring

.. lost that thread in a fatfingered moment on an unfamiliar interface on a small screen. Do permissions on the site allow me to delete my own thread?
