Hi,

In my bedroom there's two lights which are controlled by a single switch. I'm in the process of changing the light fittings, one has been done and is fine. The other one has two sets of neutral, live and earth cable with the new light fitting only taking taking live and neutral. I've put in the two live into the live hole and same with neutral and put the neutral into a terminal block.

Trouble is the light doesn't work whilst the other one comes in this one doesn't.

Any help would be appreciated

One of the conductors not seated properly in that RAF attempt at using a push fit connector.

Is there a switch for that individual light? If so does the breaker trip when you operate it?

Edit: Answer is in the original post - my bad
