Hi All
I´m recent City & Guilds level 3 qualifiedlooking for the opportunity to gain expirience and guidence to do my NVQ 3 and be a full qualified sparky.

I have lived and worked in the UK for 3 years - studying English and working in several different jobs such as electrician mate, labourer, cleaner, handyman, security officer, teacher, etc.

After twelve years teaching in Portugal and seven months in England I realised that I would be more happy doing a manual job and, once I was always keen on electrics, I saw here an opportunity to change my career.

At present I am doing some unpaid work at an electrical contractors company and trying to find work as a Electrical Improver or some kind of Trainee program.

Welcome to the forum, hopefully you will be able to find some useful information here and possibly even a few contacts to progress your new career.
It sounds like you have put in some dedication to get started so I hope this pays off well, keep on working at it and over time you will get there. Good luck.

Welcome aboard fella, I hope everything works out for you, all the best.

Hi & welcome. :)

Welcome as I said in the pm, ask as many questions as you like.
