Has anyone had dealings with ENWL regarding new supplies ?

A customer has asked me to quote for splitting his house in 2 ( 2 20KVA single phase supplies ) and a new supply to his shop located on the same property ( 1 60KVA three Phase Supply )

ENWL have agreed to install a 100 KVA supply to a stand alone building just on the edge of his property which will be split to the requirements above.

In their specification they have stated they require 117m red ducts installing having searched about 117mm duct is the solid 3m length ducting and costs the earth compared to the 110mm coiled ducting.

Can I just install the 117 solid ducting for their incoming cable into the mains building and then use the coil ducting for the customers side of the installation ?

I am worried about their threats to not install if all is not to specification, but their specification is very unclear.

Any help advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it would be best to discuss your query with them!
