I vape now instead of smoking.

I feel better for it and wouldn't thank you for a cigarette now.

Each to their own though... the prospect of CPOD, cancer and all the other joys that come with smoking don't appeal to me overly much. :p

you dont get the tar anymore but you get more nicotine from vaping
and thats bad for the heart.
I recommend quitting but hey thats your choice to make. Im not going to twist peoples arms.

anyhow my resolution is not to make any more resolutions (theyre too hard to keep)

..Scientific bit -We breath-out our our Unwanted Carbon (Fat Burn so if your breathing is impaired at night -as well as you sleep -You're less healthy)

Your knees and back will not thank-you if you are over 50 !
