Hi chaps
Just after a bit of guidance if possible

I'm 37 been out the electrical trade 7 years now but looking on getting bk on site and further my qualifications (8years experience mix of domestic and commercial)

I have city and guilds 2361 parts 1 and 2 . 17th edition but think that's out of date.

A bit rusty with new courses so what course should I try and get on to help me get bk on site ?
Thanks

you'll need a cscs or ecs card just to get on site these days. and there's not a lot that's new in the 17th since you obtained your's. a day's research will get you up to speed.

What do you do at the moment as I was looking at getting back in to sparking after a 25 year break but it looks like I am still better off prostituting myself in IT contracting.

I put 2361 . I ment 2360 . Whoops

Hi mate . Set up my own window cleaning business. Got fed up of being out of work when recession so decided to do something completely different . I'm doing ok and earn what I consider Good money . It's just boring looking at glass all day and electrics makes you think so was thinking of getting bk in the trade .

Maybe do both, ogling the naked housewife on her bed when cleaning the windows you notice the dodgy double socket by the bed so can give her a quote, every £ is a prisoner as they say......
