Newbie to all things electric

I've been lurking on the forum for a while but have decided to say hello.

Background is mainly in IT and telecoms - a mixture of software development and hardware installation and support but now working for an electrical equipment manufacturer.

Just started the level 2 installations course to give myself a grounding, intending to go on through L3.

Will be asking the occasional question and contributing where I can.

Welcome along, my background was data/telecoms although I ended up driving a bus before I decided to enrol on L2 Electrical Installation in Sept 16. Best decision I ever made, now part way through the Level 3. Looking forward to finishing and being released into the big wide world.
I've only been active for a few weeks and it's a good place to ask questions.
